Please ask about rental of adjoining one bedroom apartment at discounted rate. Recommended for holidays for two family groups.
A deposit of £50 per apartment is payable on reservation and retained until inspection after departure to be used to cover any damage or special cleaning if required. The full amount is payable one month before the holiday. This is not repayable on subsequent cancellation unless it is possible to relet. Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance which includes cover for unexpected cancellation.
The owners reserve the right to change the rates at any time before a booking agreement is made and refuse or terminate the provision of accommodation at their discretion (subject only to a refund of monies already paid at their absolute discretion).

Booking is from Saturday to Saturday (unless other arrangements are made with owner). A deposit is payable on booking and balance in full one week before the holiday.
Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10.am.
Rates shown are a guide- Upstairs apartment may be slightly less and downstairs slightly more than rate indicated.Outside main holiday season special rates for short breaks are available.
Rental includes provision of linen and towels except cot linen and beach towels.
The owners have made every effort to ensure that premises are safe and comfortable and request that guests notify them immediately of any faults or problems with the fabric of the apartments. The owners shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to persons or property which occur during the course of letting howsoever caused.
